Ba Ria - Vung Tau: Digital transformation in tourism business, apartment and urban area management

On the morning of October 15, Vung Tau held a Conference on Digital Transformation in tourism business, apartment and urban area management in the city.

The conference is connected online to the bridge points of districts, towns and cities in the province

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Hoang Vu Thanh, Chairman of the People's Committee of Vung Tau City, said that the city is currently focusing on 3 key pillars of Digital Government, Digital Economy and Digital Society. In which, the campaign to promote enterprises and tourism service businesses to carry out digital transformation will open up opportunities to access wider markets, optimize solutions for their business development management.

Delegates and representatives of digital technology enterprises participated in discussions and presentations on digital technology solutions to support businesses in business management activities in the restaurant - hotel sector; management of apartment buildings and urban areas; in the implementation of camera system applying artificial intelligence in management and monitoring of buildings, parking lots and number plate recognition.

In addition, the units with effective digital transformation models have also shared experiences in hotel and restaurant business and management activities.

Within the framework of the conference program, at the digital transformation exhibition area, the delegates visited, experienced and learned about digital technology application products in the fields of: hotel management; restaurants; apartment buildings; urban areas; security camera systems and other products.
